Weekly reward chart

Write up to three daily targets at the top of the chart and receive a star for each day of the week that you achieve the targets. Achieve a star for each day of the week to receive a reward. Can be provided with cards with personalised individual cards printed to attach to the reward section, or with a dry wipe pen for you to write your own reward in the space provided.

Please select the colour and choice of pen or rewards card option when ordering, and provide the name and list of chosen rewards if you have chosen the reward cards option - if no name is provided the chart will be headed ‘My Weekly Star Challenge’, and if no reward card options are given a random selection will be provided.
